Returns & Exchanges

At Scoot, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Scoot account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, affix it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
